Philosophy

As I peel back the velvety deep purple skin from this fresh fig, I realize the more I cook, the simpler my food seems to get. For me it’s about starting with the best quality, fresh ingredients and having fun with them.

The kitchen is my playroom and I’m always excited to find a new flavour combination or discover an ingredient I never knew existed. Then I’ve got to share it with you because that’s the whole point of this food thing: Sharing.
