I’m known for making way too many sides when I cook. I get completely sucked in by the produce as I’m shopping and end up with food for an army. It’s the Greek thing , I guess. The beauty of the side dish is that it adds so much variety and colour to a very simple table and besides, you can always serve it the next day.
